This classic ranch home was built in 1952 by the owner's father. Our goal was to update the home for the 21st century, giving the homeowners a larger, modern kitchen, office spaces and a master suite, while maintaining the ranch character of the home and it's scale in the neighborhood.

- Repaired and refinished oak flooring
- Furnace relocated and humidifier added

- Rinnai tankless heater
- Insulation upgraded to R-27 in the walls and R-49 in the attic
