Penny Lane homes are built better-than-code with 25% more insulation, low-E windows, proper orientation, Energy Star appliances and lighting packages, 50 year roofs, and low maintenance exteriors. Indoor air quality is enhanced with heat recovery ventilators, low VOC paints/stains/adhesives, careful material specification and sub-contractor training.

Penny earned a Bachelors of Environmental Design from Montana State University’s School of Architecture and is also a National Association of Home Builders Certified Green Professional and Energy Star Builder. As the contractor, she is able to oversee the execution of the design, adhere to the principles of green building and provide exceptional customer service and involment in the building process.
